Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Modern Edmond Concrete handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a concrete contractor in Edmond, OK, and the site is here so homeowners can learn about driveways, patios, slabs and the rest of our work, then reach us for an estimate.

It applies to every page on the site, starting with the home page, and to the contact form linked from it. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, because they run under their own privacy rules.

What information we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type into it. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work you have in mind, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio.

When you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can follow up on your job.

When you browse the site, some information is collected automatically, the way it is on most websites. This can include your browser type, the device you're using, the pages you visit, how long you stay and the site that sent you here. It tells us how people use the site. It doesn't tell us who you are.

We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through this website.

Cookies and site analytics

Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember things between visits. We may use cookies and similar analytics tools to count visits, see which pages are useful and fix pages that don't work well.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not remember your choices.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your question, schedule a visit to your property, prepare your estimate and do the work if you hire us.

We may also use it to send updates about your job, keep records of the work we've done and improve the website. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to other businesses for their marketing.

We do use a few outside services to run the business. Our contact form is hosted by a third-party form service, and our website and analytics tools run on outside providers. These companies handle your information only so they can provide that service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or if the business is ever sold or transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer you, give you an estimate, finish your job and keep the business and tax records the law requires.

If you reached out and didn't book with us, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other rights under that state's privacy law, and we'll honor any request the law gives you.

To make a request, use the form on our contact page or call (405) 285-3167. We may ask a few questions to confirm it's really you before we change or delete anything.

Children's privacy

This site is for homeowners and property owners, and it isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and we limit who on our team can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, though, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the day it's posted.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question or a concern about how we handle your information, we want to hear it. Reach us through our contact page or call (405) 285-3167, and we'll look into it and get back to you.

You can learn more about who we are on our about page.
